ŽIVÁNSKA
Two pounds of potatoes pealed and cut
up to rings, 1 and 1/2 pound of pork chops, salt, red pepper, black
pepper, mustard, garlic, 1/2 pound of bacon and some white vine.
Arrange the bacon on the bottom and sides of a baking pot, cover with half
of the potatoes. Cover potatoes with the pork chops. Base pork chops with
mustard and grated garlic. Add salt and pepper and red pepper and cover it
with the other half of the potatoes and the left over bacon. Add vine and
cover with aluminum foil. Bake until tender.
