LANGOŠE
You will need: 1 pound of all
purpose flour, 1 cup of butter milk, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 tea
spoon of dry yeast and 1 tea spoon of salt.
Sprinkle dry yeast into the
buttermilk and add it to the other ingredients, mix and make dough.
Put the dough into well-greased plastic bag and keep it in the
refrigerator for a day. Make small balls and let them rise for 20
minutes at room temperature. Fry them in lard or oil. After they are
done, you may glaze them with garlic butter. They really taste good
with roasted duck or a goose accompanied with a bottle of white
wine.
