Pork
a la jÁnoŠÍk
One pound of pork meat
from de-boned leg, half a pound of smoked pork, sliced smoked bacon, one
sliced onion, oil, salt, fresh ground black pepper.
Cut meat, bacon, and
onion in slices, thread onto kebab skewers and season with salt and
pepper. Roast slowly in oil or you can do it on a barbecue. Serve with
roasted or mashed potatoes or on a bed of rice together with green salad.
